Hello to you all again on this very cold night

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.

Eureka Stamps.  Challenge #124.  THE COLOUR RED.

The background for this creation is WHITE HOLOGRAPHIC CARD edged with a
SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER.
I have added a BLACK PEARLISED CARD border made by punching both sides with the
Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT PUNCH.
