EASEL CARD.

Hello everyone, its so nice to be heading into those gorgeous Spring Days, and seeing the gorgeous Blossom coming on the trees.

The card I have to show you today is for the Challenge over at:

Paper-Crafting Journey.. It is to MAKE AN EASEL CARD.
Now I love this style of card, so I just had to take part in this challenge.

For the base I used Yellow card and then the panels have all been made using paper from the DCWV LINEN CLOSET, it is glittered and embossed, and has such a wonderful sheen and texture.
All edges have a decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
My gorgeous image has been coloured with Promarkers and on the corner I have added a hand-tied lemon ribbon onto which I have added a white pearl flower.
I have added two white textured brackets, created by cutting a Spellbinders IRONWORK MOTIF die-shape in half.
The large flower has been made using a die-cut flower edged with yellow stickles and a Sun punch shape with the addition of a large clear gemstone.
The base has the same paper used for the panel, onto which I have added the sentiment "WITH LOVE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY". The flowers have been punched using my Daisy punch, double layered with Card Candi for the centre and the foliage is a D-Lites  SPRIGS.
Thank you very much for stopping by. Happy crafting.
Love Sandra xx

  4. Hello my kind, kind friend. I always think of you even though we have not communicated regularly of late. Trust me life has become rather busy... We are all facing some challenges at school - parents, teachers and the affected kids. I will email you soon and you will understand why I have been quiet.

Your card makes my heart sing and the flowers at the bottom are sooooooo sweet. The image is cute and I like the monotones here. Lovely to see you shining.

    Love always,

    Monica
