JUST FOR YOU.

Hello to my blogging friends.
My first card today that I would like to show you if for the Challenge over at 
The Challenge is TO MAKE AN EASEL CARD.



I have used a scalloped edged card for the base and the gorgeous green patterned card is from my stash. All edges have a silver decorative border to highlight the shapes and add definition too. The panels have been mounted onto a co-ordinating plain card.
I have made a border in green pearlised card which has been punched down both edges with the Martha Stewart BUBBLEBATH punch.
The flowers have been made using a variety of die-cut and punched flowers with pearls, gems and roses for the centres.
I have used Spellbinders FOLIAGE for the leaves, and the sentiment tablet on the base says
"JUST FOR YOU".
My image is from Sassy Cheryls and is called  "ARTIFICIAL FLOWER FIRL".
It has been coloured with Promarkers then mounted on a light green card and completed with the addition of green flower gems.
To comp;lete the look, I have added TWO GREEN SATIN BOWS.

WITH LOVE FOR A SPECIAL LADY.

Hi again. This will be my last posting for today.
It is for Challenge #138. FOR A SPECIAL LADY at Paper makeup stamps


For this card I have used an ELEGANT SHAPED CARD, and the FLORAL paper which has been mounted onto cream card is from my stash. The panels have all been edged with a GOLD DECORATIVE CHAINLINK BORDER to highlight and add definition an texture too.
My image is a WHOOPSIE DAISY one and it has been coloured with Promarkers, trimmed with DECKLE EDGED SCISSORS and then mounted again onto another three layers of co-ordinating card, all of which have been trimmed with the same scissors.
At the bottom corner I have added a DECORATIVE CORNER by JOYCRAFT. The flowers have been made using the DAISY & SUN punches with PEARLS for the centres. I have also added a sating flower with ROSEBUD for the centre. Behind those I have added a D-Lites SPRIGS die-cut and the sentiment disc says WITH LOVE.
Finally, I have added PEACH PEARLS on the decorative corner and also around the edge of the shaped card.
On the corner of the image panel I have completed the look with a PEACH SATIN BOW.

FABULOUS FLORAL.

Well, I am back again with another card that I would love to enter into the following challenge.

Craft Spot by Kimberly.  Monday Challenge #135.BLACK & WHITE + ONE OTHER COLOUR.



The background paper is from the First Edition - NOIR ET CHIC paper pad. I then made a border for across the card by firstly punching both sides of a strip of 
WHITE PEARLISED CARD with the Martha Stewart BUBBLEBATH punch. I then mounted that onto a 
BLACK SHINY card, and then again onto a WHITE PEARLISED card. I edged the black with a silver decorative border to highlight.
Onto this I added the FLOWER that has been created using two sizes of a DAISY punch, using FOUR DIFFERENT LAYERS of different co-ordinating colours. The centre of the flower is a BLACK ORGANZA SWIRL FLOWER. I then punched THREE SILVER HOLOGRAPHIC FERNS. I ADDED A black & white GINGHAM BOW and also one at the top of the card, along with a gorgeous and very cute WHITE BIRDCAGE & BIRDS with a Black gemstone to complete the look.

BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLIES.

Hello again to you all.
My next card is for the Challenge over at
and the title is
THINGS WITH WINGS.
Now I just adore Butterflies, so I just had to enter this one.



The background is a gorgeous Butterfly paper from the
First Edition - DREAMCATCHER paper pad.
I then punched a border of pink pearlised card using the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT PUNCH, then mounted it onto LILAC CARD, which was then edged with a SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER to highlight the shape.
Onto the border I positioned THREE 3D BUTTERFLIES.
The sentiment says
"EVERY BUTTERFLY'S JOURNEY STARTED WITH A CATERPILLAR".
This was trimmed with DECKLE EDGE SCISSORS and mounted onto two co-ordinating colours. I added a HAND-TIED LILAC GINGHAM BOW.
The FLOWER is a punch from Martha Stewart onto which I added a large PALE PINK GEMSTONE for the centre, and the FOLIAGE is one of the dies from Spellbinders D-Lites  SPRIGS.

HOWDY GAL.

Good morning to you all out there in blogland.

The first card I have to show you is for Challenge #170 at Crazy Challenge. The title of the Challenge is
"IT'S ALL ABOUT THE STRIPES".


The gorgeous striped card is from ANNAMARIE DESIGNS. This has been edged with a GOLD CHAINLINK DECORATIVE BORDER.  I then made a border using a PALE GOLD PEARLISED CARD which I punched down both edges with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
I then made a three layered flower using two different die-cuts and CARD CANDI for the centre. The FOLIAGE is by Spellbinders. This was positioned at the top of the border, and at the bottom was the sentiment tablet which says "ON YOUR BIRTHDAY".
My image is of a CUTE COWGIRL, coloured with Promarkers, then mounted on two shades of co-ordinating card and edged with a gold border. To complete the look I have added PEACH PEARLS for added texture.

WHERE DID YOU GET THAT HAT???

Hi everyone, sorry for being missing for a while.
The card I would like to show you is for two challenges.
4 Crafty Chicks  Challenge #191.  EMBOSSING.

I Love Promarkers  Challenge #216.  HATS.


I have used an ELEGANCE SHAPED CARD and a green mottled paper for the background edged with a silver decorative border. The panels have been embossed with the SWISS DOTS embossing folder. I have used a variety of dies to decorate with serated flowers made with co-ordinating paper and CARD CANDI in the centres. Spellbinders IRONWORK MOTIFS for the brackets, and SPRIGS FOLIAGE.
The image has been coloured with PROMARKERS then mounted on a darker Green pearlised card. I have added green gemstones to decorate and add extra textures to the card..

EASEL CARD.

Hello everyone, its so nice to be heading into those gorgeous Spring Days, and seeing the gorgeous Blossom coming on the trees.

The card I have to show you today is for the Challenge over at:

Paper-Crafting Journey.. It is to MAKE AN EASEL CARD.
Now I love this style of card, so I just had to take part in this challenge.


For the base I used Yellow card and then the panels have all been made using paper from the DCWV LINEN CLOSET, it is glittered and embossed, and has such a wonderful sheen and texture.
All edges have a decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
My gorgeous image has been coloured with Promarkers and on the corner I have added a hand-tied lemon ribbon onto which I have added a white pearl flower.
I have added two white textured brackets, created by cutting a Spellbinders IRONWORK MOTIF die-shape in half.
The large flower has been made using a die-cut flower edged with yellow stickles and a Sun punch shape with the addition of a large clear gemstone.
The base has the same paper used for the panel, onto which I have added the sentiment "WITH LOVE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY". The flowers have been punched using my Daisy punch, double layered with Card Candi for the centre and the foliage is a D-Lites  SPRIGS.

I WORKED MY BUTT OFF.

Good afternoon to you all, and what a gorgeous Spring day. Have got all the washing done and almost dry, simply fabulous. I hope that you have all had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to the Easter Break.


I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.
Southern Girls.  Challenge #89.  EARN YOUR STRIPES.

The background paper is from the PARISIAN DREAMS paper collection. The border has been made using MAGENTA MIRROR CARD which has been punched down both edges with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
My image is from BROKEN BOXSTOCK and is entitled "I WORKED MY BUTT OFF". This has been mounted on pink textured cardstock, edged with a silver border, then positioned at an angle.
I have created the flowers using a variety of punches and dies, with pearls, buttons or an acrylic flower for the centres.
I have completed the look with the addition of PINK GEMSTONES and SMALL PUNCHED BUTTERFLIES.

WITH A CHERRY ON TOP

Good evening fellow crafters. This is my second post today and I would like to enter this card into the challenge over at 4 Crafty Chicks  Challenge #189. USE POLKA DOTS.


My image is a CHERRY MUFFIN, coloured with promarkers, then mounted on co-ordinating card and edged with a silver chainlink border.
The paper is a Red with White Polka Dots, and the layers have been randomly positioned.
To complete the look, I have added card candi, red satin bow and a sentiment disc which says
"BIRTHDAY WISHES".

FAVOURITE COLOURS.


Hello to you all on this dull and very breezy afternoon. I have been enjoying quiet time in my craftroom while my dear husband has been watch the football.


Simply Create Too  Challenge #59.  NO DIGI'S or STAMPED IMAGES.
This is just a quick post. I have used paper from my stash for the background and the remainder of the design has been created using a variety of different dies, arranged together. The edges all have a silver border to highlight the shapes. The flower in the centre has been raised to give a 3D look and a beautiful flower pearl in the centre. I have used decorative corners using textured cardstock and the final additions are black gemstones and a silver lurex bow.

BLACK & WHITE + 1.

Hello to everyone on this dull and wet morning. I am hoping it dries up soon and we do see a bit of sun.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenge.

Hiding in my Craftroom  HIMCR #144.  BLACK & WHITE + 1.


I have used an ELEGANT SHAPED EDGED CARD and added BLACK & WHITE PATTERNED PAPER FOR THE BACKGROUND.
The centrepiece has been created by using the Crafts Too - FRAMES 9 and onto that I have also added a SILVER cardstock by Hunkydory. The edges have a decorative border to highlight and add definition..
I have used the sentiment as the main focus which reads "IF I COULD FOLLOW A BUTTERFLY'S FLIGHT...WHERE WOULD MY JOURNEY END"
The finishing touches are a double layer BUTTERFLY from Joycraft, with pearls for the spine, small punched butterflies layered and black gemstones.

IF FRIENDS WERE FLOWERS, I'D PICK YOU.

Hi, I am back again with another little creation that I would like to enter into the following three challenges.

Paper Creators Crafts  Challenge #22.  SPOTS AND DOTS.


I have used papers from My Minds Eye-BRIGHT DOTS COLLECTION. The small panels have been mounted onto dark green pearlised card and all edges have a decoative border to highlight the shapes.
My image is called BABY BUGS FLOWER and is from Fairy Dust Crafts. My sentiment tablet reads
"IF FRIENDS WERE FLOWERS, I'D PICK YOU".
Finally o complete the look I have added CARD CANDI and a green satin bow.

DOTTIE SEEING STRIPES.

Good morning to you all. Today, it is windy and dull, but as yet, we have not had the heavy rain as forcast, maybe it is on the way to us later. I hope that you are having a lovely weekend.


I would like to enter my card into the Challenge #62 at Chocolate, Coffee, Cards. YIPES, STRIPES.
It is a different style of card for a change, having been made into a three square design. I have papers from my stash. All edges have a silver decorative border to add definition too. My image is from Bugaboo called DOTTIE BIRTHDAY and she occupies the centre panel. On the left I have die cut an EAST OVAL 9 design, edged with co-ordinating stickles and then added my sentiment which says " HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY".
To complete th look I have used several die-cuts of flower shapes layered them together and added acrylic flowers, pearls and mesh flowers for the centres. The finishing touches are gemstones and tiny punched butterflies to give a 3D creation.

GIFT BOX.

Hello again my friends and thank you for coming to visit me.

My next creation is a GIFT BOX which I would like to enter into the following two challenges.

Crafts 4 Eternity.  Challenge R#170.  ANYTHING BUT A CARD.

Reasonable Ribbon.  Challenge #92.  FLOWERS or BUTTONS & BOWS.




My Rectangle Box is suitable for a gift for a Wedding/Anniversary. The base card is from Hunkydory in White & Silver. Around the sides I have added BLACK SATIN RIBBON and then hand tied the bows and completed the sides with the addition of clear gemstones.

Around the edge of the lid I have first added whit lace and then around the top edge I have added Card Candi. For the corners I have used the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET and also made the flowers using the d-Lites BLOOMS THREE with the addition of a black organza flower for the centres.
Fianlly, the centrepiece for the top has been created by punching three layers of the LARGE DAISY, and then another two layers of the MEDIUM DAISY with the Organza Flower in the centre.

My Easel Card has been created using papers from the Forever in Time SAPPHIRE PERFECT PRINTS. The yellow Embossed background has been created by using the KNOTTED LOOPS folder. All edges hae a silver decorative border to highlight the shapes. The corner die is LIN LENE and is using co-ordinating paper from the same pad. My image is DAISY  from Digital Delights (isn't she just so cute)
To complete the look I have added Card Candi and a yellow gingham bow.

MONOCHROMATIC BUTTERFLIES.

Good morning on this very miserable day here and also we have rain too.


I would like to enter my card into the following two challenges.

Crafting Musketeers  Challenge #12.  MONOCHROME.

In the Pink  Challenge #41.  ANYTHING BUT SQUARE.

I have made a tall slim card for this. The background is a gorgeous shades of pinks SCROLL WORK CARD.
Down the length of the card, I have added a GLITTER BORDER with DECKLE EDGE. All edges have a silver decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
I then die-cut FOUR SMALL SQUARES from Crafts Too FRAMES 9 SET. These were positioned at an angle along the glitter border. Finally onto each square, I added VELLUM BUTTERFLIES in staggered sizes.

SPRING & EASTER CROCUS BASKET.

Hi again. This will be my last post for today. I would like to enter this card into the following three Challenges.

Handmade Harbour.  Midweek Papercraft Party (31)  SPRING or EASTER.

Crafting with Dragonflies  Challenge #23.  EASTER.


The background is yellow cardstock and then I have layers of cream, holographic gold and a trellis panel in yellow. All edges have a gold decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
My image is a gorgeous BASKET OF CROCUS which have been coloured with Promarkers. The bow is a double hand tied in yellow gingham, and the flowers are made using different die-cuts with Card Candi, buttons, gemstones and flowers for the centres. The Foliage is die-cut from Spellbinders.

BIRTHDAY WISHES.

Hi on this very dull day and a bit on the cool side too. Oh well, not to worry, it means some crafting gets done.
I would like to enter this card into the challenge over at :
Crafting for All Seasons  Challenge #74.  DIES & PUNCHES.


I love the cardstock I hae used for the background, so bright and striking. The brown circle has been die-cut with the Spellbinders TEAR DROP CIRCLES onto which I have added GOLD STICKLES for added texture.
The border has been made using two shaded of GOLD PEARLISED CARD, which has then been punched down both sides with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT punch.
The flowers are die-cut with the D-Lites BLOOMS 3 and also the SMALL DAISY punch. with the addition of CARD CANDI for the centres.
Finally, I have added foliage die-cut with the D-Lites SPRIGS.
The sentiment says BIRTHDAY WISHES.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE LADY.

Good morning everyone. Well, what a change in the weather from yesterday. Cold and windy is the order of the day so far, brrrr.

I would like to enter my card into the following two challenges.

Fattastic Tuesday  Challenge #29. USE A PATTERNED PAPER.

Cutie Pie.  Challenge #26.  CUTE WITH DIES & PUNCHES.




My Easel card has been made using PATTERNED PAPERS from Dovecraft BACK TO BASICS PAD. I have also added another square of card turned at an angle to give a different shape. Onto this I have embossed a square of LEMON PEARLISED CARD with the SWISS DOTS folder. The edges have a silver decorative border.
My image is from Milk Coffee Stamps and is called LITTLE LADY. I have then added a HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment on the base. To make my flowers I have used the Spellbinders BLOOMS TWO and the flourisah is from the Spellbinders Die D-Lites SPRIGS. To complete the look I have punched small pink butterflies, added pearls for the flower centres and acrylic pink flowers too.

MOTHERING SUNDAY.

Hello everyone and what a lovely Spring Day it is at the moment. It really does make a change to see a bit of sunshine and the colours of the Spring Flowers blowing gently in the breeze.

The card I am showing today is what I made for my Mum for Mothering Sunday. She loves all the bright colours and she loved her card too.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenge.

Cute Card Thursday  Challenge #314.  FLORAL DELIGHTS.




My card is a ZIG-ZAG SHAPED CARD. I have used a variety of plain, pearlised and textured cardstock. All edges have a silver decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
I have used two different die-cuts from Spellbinders including FOLIAGE, FLEUR DIS LIS. The papers are from Raspberry Road Designs called SUMMER GOODNESS. 
The flowers have been made by layering dies with white ROSES for the centres.
The sentiment says " I DON'T SAY IT ENOUGH, BUT IT REALLY IS TRUE, MUM YOU'RE THE BEST AND I LOVE YOU".
