THINKING OF YOU.

Hi everyone. I am sorry I have been missing for a while, just cant be helped right now. I just wanted to add this card which I managed to make a few days away for some challenges.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

It is quite a simple card really, so it is easier to just say the items used.

DANCING DAY.

Hello and good afternoon. I hope that you are all having a wonderful weekend, whatever you have planned.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Stampin Royalty.  Challenge #255.  

COLOUR CHALLENGE.

Brown Sugar.  Challenge #121.  USE TWO OR MORE COLOURS.

I have stuck to the colours as best as I can.I have used a patterned paper for the background, mounted on a pale green card and all edges have a silver decorative border.My image is from Sassy Cheryls and is called DANCING DAY It has been mounted on Red card and then embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.

I have used several dies and also punch too. These have been used to make the flowers and in the centres I have added Card Candi.

The dies used are:

D-Lites. BLOOMS ONE

Crafts Too. FRAMES 9.

Marianne Creatable. LEAF SWIRL.

Creative Expressions. PETITE VINERY.

DAISY PUNCH.

SWISS DOTS EMBOSSING FOLDER.

To complete the look I have added a Red Satin Bow.

LET'S CELEBRATE.

Hello and good afternoon to you all. It is so dark and dull here, and very cold too, so perfect time for crafting I think.

I would like to enter this card into the Challenge over at 

Fab n Funky  BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS (Week 2)

For this card I have used Hunkydory FOILED, GLITTERED & EMBOSSED CARD. So very pretty and classy.

My image is called CAMMY IN THE WIND and has been coloured with Promarkers. then mounted onto a DEEP GOLD PEARLISED CARD.

All edges have a GOLD CHAINLINK BORDER to highlight and add definition too.

I have used a COPPER BROWN PEARLISED CARD for the foliage using the D-Lites SPRIGS dies.

The flowers have been created using a variey of dies and punched flowers combined together with the addition of CARD CANDI for the centres, also BUTTONS & PEARLS. 

Finally I have added a SATIN CREAM BOW with FLOWER PEARL CENTRE.

The sentiment disc says "LET'S CELEBRATE"

BUTTERFLY BEAUTY.

Hello again everyone. I hope that you are all ok and keeping well in this cooler weather.

I have been using more of my scraps of card and paper up, and that forms the basis of my card.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Lil Red Wagon.  Challenge #264.  LAYER IT UP.

Pennys Challenges.  Challenge #204.  ANYTHING GOES.

Crafters Cafe  Challenge #91.  ANYTHING GOES.

The background is a DEEP PINK PEARLISED CARD embossed with the SWISS DOTS embossing folder. All edges have a SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER to highlight.

I used the Spellbinders SQUARE SWATCH and used the largest die to cut a black square which was also embossed with the SWISS DOTS folder. This was positioned in the centre of the card, overlapping onto the remainder of the white card.

I then die-cut a Spellbinders TEAR DROP CIRCLE then embossed that with the CRACKLE embossing folder, this was then added into the centre of the square. I then added a  

DOUBLE LAYERED Joycraft BUTTERFLY made using  WHITE GLITTER card and also 

BLACK PEARLISED card.

I then die-cut TWO DECORATIVE CORNERS for the right side of the card.

The flowers were made using the D-Lites BLOOMS ONE SET with the addition of BUTTONS for the centres.

Finally the FOLIAGE is a die-cut Marianne Creatable LEAF.  I also added a WHITE SATIN BOW on the top.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

For this card I have made a long Easel Card with a background of spotted paper. I have used a variey of different dies and embossing folders.

The dies are:

Spellbinders TEAR DROP CIRCLES.
Marianne Creatable SMALL OPEN LEAF.
D-Lites BLOOMS ONE.
Spellbinders JEWELLED FANTASIES.

CRACKLE & SWISS DOTS embossing folders.
Martha Stewart 3D WATER LILY PUNCH.

The finishing touches are SMALL FLOWERS, BUTTONS& & a sentiment which reads
ON YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

A CARD UPON A CARD.....

Hello and good afternoon to you all out there in blogland. It is such a bitter cold day here today, that I am now tucked up in my craftroom, having fun and enjoying myself. Now I know that I am a lover of the colder weather, but today, it is getting through to these painful bones of mine, so I am staying where it is warm.

I started off today, messing around with scraps of card and wondering what I could create to use some of it up, well, this is what happened.

I would like to enter my creation into the following challenges.

Craft for the Craic.  Novembers Challenge #10.  BIRTHDAY.

Brown Sugar.  Challenge #120.  ANYTHING GOES.

All the paper and card is from my stash. The border is made up of scrap sized pieces, two of which have been punched down both edges with the Martha Stewart OPTIC DOT PUNCH.

I then made Two Branches of Leaves from Blue Pearlised card, again using scraps, using the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET.

The smaller flowers have been made using the Small Daisy Punch and for the centres I have added Blue Gemstones for added texture.

The I created a smaller sized card and covered with a co-ordinating patterned paper. My image is coloured with promarkers, and mounted onto two different pieces of card, then edged with a 

Silver Decorative Border to highlight.I also added more blue gems on the front of that one.

On the inside of the smaller card, I die-cut two medium sized decorative squares using the 

Spellbinders FLEUR DIS LIS SET using turquoise card. The edges have a Silver border, and on the right side I have added the words"HAPPY BIRTHDAY"  in silver.

Hello and good afternoon to you all.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Crafters Cafe.  Challenge #90.  FRIENDSHIP.

Lil Red Wagon.  Challenge #263.  50 SHADES OF ....ORANGE.

Seize the Birthday.  MONOCHROMATIC......SEEING ORANGE.

For my card I have used a variety of different card, paper, dies & punches.
The first two layers for the background are plain cardstock, and all edges have a gold decorative border to highlight and add definition too.
Using the designer papers from the Blank Canvass Paper Pad, I have die-cut squares using the
Spellbinders ORNATE SQUARES & FLEUR DIS LIS dies These have been positiomned at angles.
My image has been coloured with promarkers and double-mounted and trimmed with deckle scissors then mounted on sticky pads to make 3D.
Usng scraps of papers from the sheets used, I have punched small daisies and layered them, then added buttons for the centres. I have also used small paper flowers and the leaves have been die-cut using the Spellbinders FOLIAGE SET out of textured card.
I have punched an embossed butterfly in two layers, then added gems for the body. The bow is hand-tied using orange and white polka dot ribbon
Finally my sentiment has been cut and trimmed with deckle scissors and positioned using sticky pads.

BEING THANKFUL.

Hello again, I am back with another card which I have made for several challenges.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Stampin Royalty.  Challenge #254.  BEING THANKFUL.

The Sisterhood of Crafters.  THANK-FUL.

Crafting by Designs.  GIVE THANKS.

Pennys Challenges.  Challenge #203.  USE BLACK CARDSTOCK..

The background paper is from the Noir et Chic Paper pad. I have then added a Silver Decorative border to highlight the shape.
The panel across the bottom is layered using Silver Mirror Card, Black card and finally White card, then put through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder to give texture and definition.
Onto that I added a Double Layered Joycraft Butterfly using Black Card and White Glitter card. Dow the body I have added Red Gemstones.
The flowers have been made using the Small Daisy punch, double layered with the addition of pearls for the centres. The foliage is White Glitter card using the D-Lited Sprigs die.
The finishing touches are a gorgeous White bird and the sentiment of THANKS on red card and trimmed with the deckle scissors.

SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT.

Hello and good afternoon to you all. It is extremely dark here, windy and the rain has just arrived, so I think it is a perfect crafty time.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Fab n Funky.  Challenge #237.  IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY.

Crafting for all Seasons.  Challenge #90.  BIRTHDAYS.

First I have used BLACK CARD and onto that a slightly smaller square of LILAC SHIMMER PAPER.
All edges have a SILVER DECORATIVE BORDER to highlight and add definition too. The centrepiece is a Marianne Creatable DOILY, and in the centre of that I have created a flower in BLACK & WHITE using the SUN & DAISY PUNCHES in the centre I have added a
BLACK GEMSTONE for added texture.
In the corners I have added co-ordinating LILAC PAPER FLOWERS and I have then embossed some leaves with the SWISS DOTS embossing floder.
Finally I have added a HAPPY BIRTHDAY BANNER and in the bottom corner I have put a
PALE PINK ORGANZA BOW.

YOU'RE TOO KIND.

Hello again, it's time for my next card. I seem to be on a bit of a roll right now, as I havn't crafted for two weeks with not feeling myself, so I best make crack on while I can do.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenge.

Cute Daisy May.  LOTS OF LAYERS.

I have used a beautiful floral paper for the background, and then made two random sized panels out of green and white spotted paper, mounted onto green card. All edges have a silver decorative border to highlight the shapes.

My image is a Whoopsi Daisy one (cant remember the Sheet No.)

The flowers are made using the small Daisy punch with gems and card candi for the centres.

The foliage has been made by using the Die D-Lites SPRIGS.

I have also used a Marianne Creatable Open Leaves die too.

The finishing touches are gems and green satin bows, and the sentiment reads

"YOU'RE TOO KIND"

HAVE A WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY.

Hello fellow crafters, I hope that you are all keeping well and enjoying some craft time in this cooler weather.

I would like to enter my card into the following challenges.

Craft Your Passion.  Challenge #239.  SOMETHING BEGINNING WITH "B".
Items beginning with B are:
BUTTERFLIES, BLACK, BORDER & BOWS.

Love to Create.  Challenge #141.  ANYTHING GOES.

Through the Purple Haze.  Challenge #67.  USE A PUNCH OR DIE.

The background to this card is RED MIRROR CARD, edged with a 

SILVER CHAINLINK BORDER.

I then randomly cut a piece of BLACK CARD which I embossed using the 

SWISS DOTS embossing folder. This was then mounted onto SILVER MIRROR CARD,  and again edged with the same border.

The sentiment reads "HAVE A TRULY WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY", this was double-mounted in co-ordinating colours then positioned at an angle using sticky pads to make 3D. On the corner of that I added a RED & WHITE GINGHAM BOW.

The flowers are made using a Marianne Creatable 5 PETAL FLOWER. I added a WHITE ROSEBUD in the centre for height and texture.

For the foliage I used the Creative Expressions- PETITE VINERY die.

I then used my SMALL BUTTERFLY PUNCH to create DOUBLE 3D BUTTERFLIES, AND finally I completed the look by adding a RED SATIN BOW.

IN REMEMBRANCE.

Hello again to you all.

My next card is for the following challenges.

Delicious Doodles.  Challenge #109.  REMEMBRANCE& THINKING OF YOU.

Allsorts.  Week #284.  POPPIES/REMEMBRANCE.

I have made this Easel Card which is a favourite style of mine, and I think the look is simple yet effective.

I have used Red & Black Plain card stock and a White Holographic paper.

I have then alternated the two top layers of each panel, one Red and the other one White, and these have both been embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder for added texture.

All edges have a Silver Decorative border to highlight the shapes and layers.

My image is from Delicious Doodles and has been coloured with Promarkers then mounted onto Black Pearlised card.

To complete the loolk I have added Silver Lurex Bows and a Red Organza one, Black Gems and finally I double layered my Small Butterfly punch shapes to look 3D.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges.

For his card I have used papers from my stash, made two random sized panels, and all edges have a SILVER CHAINLINK BORDER to highlight and add definition to show the shapes and layers.
My image is called MARTINI-ADORABLE and is from the Digi Stamps 4 Joy Shop, isnt she lovely.
To complete the look I have used a selection of punches and dies, including the Creative Expressions-PETITE VINERY.
Martha Stewart 3D WATER LILY. I have also used the SMALL DAISY & BUTTERFLY punches too.
To finalise  the look I have used a variety of SMALL FLOWERS, BUTTONS,  GEMS and ORGANZA BOWS to co-ordinate.
